PURPOSE: A fingerprint determination apparatus including a transparent electrode for determining a fake fingerprint is provided to minimize the distance between transparent electrode and the fingerprint without influence on acquisition of an image. CONSTITUTION: A protection film(120) is arranged on one side of a prism(110). A contact resistance detector(150) is electrically connected to a first transparent electrode and a second transparent electrode. The fingerprint is touched to the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. The first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode generate constant resistance. The constant resistance detection unit decides the bio fingerprint with the detection of the constant resistance. |
