<p>PURPOSE: A touch recognizing method and a touch recognition apparatus for recognizing a touch operation according to color information are provided to recognize various control commands by distinctively recognizing touch trace information inputted on a screen. CONSTITUTION: A touch signal is inputted by a user(S410). Trace information of the touch signal is detected(S421). Thickness information of the touch signal is detected(S422). The color information of the touch signal is detected(S430). A control command signal corresponding to the color information of the touch signal is generated(S441).
