PURPOSE: A time series analysis system and a method are provided to accomplish quick decision making and planning analysis of river based on spatial imagery information and GIS. CONSTITUTION: The database(80) includes the DB storing plane figure of river and the DB storing river attribute information. The aerial photograph, the satellite photograph, and the Soochi map are provided and a system driving unit(40) converts the resolution and capacity of the aerial photograph. The system driving unit synchronizes the coordinate system in the aerial photograph. According to the year, the river of the aerial photograph and satellite photograph is divided, and the system driving unit compares and analyzes the changes. If the change is determined, the system driving unit operates an alarm. |
