PURPOSE: An artificial fish reef is provided, which achieves excellent environment-friendly nature by recycling various kinds of industrial wastes. CONSTITUTION: An artificial fish reef comprises a main body; upper frames(11,12) and lower frames(11',12') in which a plurality of coupling apertures are formed in the inner side of both ends and both ends have incline of 45 degrees; and a prefabricated unit(20) which a perpendicular frame(13) is assembled in order to form the assembly of cube. In the frame, through-holes(30) are formed at constant interval on the front, back, right and left side.
