PURPOSE: A green tire manufacturing device is provided to prevent the deformation of a first case in a process transferring the first case to a shaping part as the first case is formed by attaching, first semi-products in case a center drum is expanded. CONSTITUTION: A green tire manufacturing device comprises: a first case forming part forming a first semi-product supplied from a carcass servicer(5) into a first case; a second case forming part forming a second semi-product into a second case; and a shaping part attaching the first case and the second case. The first case forming part comprises a center drum(11), a side bead lock drum(12), a turn up bladder(13), a bead lock segment(14); a first driving part, an inside bead setter, an outside bead setter, a roller stitcher, and a take-out part.
