PURPOSE: A mobile phone recall service for informing a state of an opposing the terminal by a transmitter terminal is provided to prevent an exhaustive call attempt of a caller by transmitting the signal to the terminal of the caller through DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency). CONSTITUTION: A telephone number of a terminal of a transmitter is registered if the transmitter terminal requests the recall service. The registered telephone number is stored in the terminal of the receiver. The signal is delivered to the terminal of the transmitter(117, 118). The signal is delivered through the DTMF signal to the terminal of the transmitter. The call connection is attempted(119).
