PURPOSE: A portable shoulder strap-type reading stand is provided to smoothly adjust a reading angle of a book when the distance between the book and a user is controlled, and to offer convenience for a patient or a standing person reading the book. CONSTITUTION: A portable shoulder strap-type reading stand comprises the following: a book supporting board(10) of which bottom is protruded towards a front side; a book holding stand fixing both ends of a book; an upper supporting stand(54) fixing the top of the book; a lower supporting stand(60) fixing and pressing a middle lower part of the book; a supporting board holding stand(30); an incline adjusting stand in which return spring(78) is equipped; a lower holding stand(24) connected to a shoulder strap stand; an upper holding stand(20) connected to the shoulder strap; a support guiding stand(40); and a waist suspender.
