PURPOSE: A system and a method for calculating location of a wideband CDMA terminal is provided to reduce the development period by minimizing the components change which is included in a wideband code division multiple access. CONSTITUTION: A location based service providing server requests the determination of the blood determination terminal through the pCell positioning system in the location server(120). A switching center(150) information is received from a home location register(140). The location server requests the supplying of location information of the target determination terminal in the switching center and the cell information and base station information after receiving from the switching center. The location server requests the determination calculation of the pCell positioning system in an indoor location server(130). The indoor location server requests the determination parametric information required for the pCell positioning system in a serving mobile location center(160). The serving mobile location center requests the activation about the determination parametric information collection in a base station controller(170).
