METHOD OF RECOVERING A COMPOUND COMPRIZING MANGANESE FROM DUST OF ELECTRONIC FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method for collecting manganese-containing compound in an electric furnace dust is provided to collect alkali metal compound such as sodium sulfate and kali sulfuric acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting manganese-containing compound in an electric furnace dust comprises: a step of washing the electric furnace with acid and filtering; a step of collecting alkali metal contained in the electric furnace dust in a filtering solution; a first purification of enhancing content of manganeses in a filtered powder(sludge); a step of heating the sludge with reductant; a step of dissolving in acid and adjusting pH to 4-7; a step of removing impurities except manganese; a step of preparing the dissolved solution to remove impurities; a step of precipitating manganese oxide; and a step of collecting manganese-containing compound.
