PURPOSE: A head structure of toothbrush and a toothbrush including the same are provided, which make gums protection and massage effect excellent and improves plaque removal. CONSTITUTION: A head structure of toothbrush comprises a first transplanted section(20) in which one end is connected to the handle of toothbrush and is extended in the longitudinal direction of toothbrush and a hole in which the brush of toothbrush is planted is formed; and a second transplanted section(30) which is extended from the other end of the first transplanted section and in which a hole is formed. The second transplanted section is separated from a handle and the first transplanted section.
