<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel for preventing the reduction of life by bending a substrate is provided to generate touch signal by sensing touch or adjacency of a touch unit without bending the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A touch cell(60) has a switching device of a three-terminal type, a second switching element(42) and a conducting pad. A touch position detector applies on/off control signal in on/off control signal lines. The touch position detector detects the output of the location detection signal between the conducting pad and the touch unit by the capacitance.</p> |
