PURPOSE: Bottle cap structure is provided to store different delicious drinks for a long time by mixing the drinks stored in a bottle with extract by making a hole on a thin plate in a receiving part with a pin. CONSTITUTION: Bottle cap structure comprises the following: a bottle(100) in which drinks are stored; a short protrusion(310) formed to be settled on the top of the bottle; a receiving part; a block(350) forming a discharge hole on a thin plate(333); a tapered groove in which a protrusion of an upper cap is inserted; a joint part(357) connecting a wall and the block; a lower cap; and an upper cap mixing the drinks with extract.
