PURPOSE: A vehicle steel sheet specimen tester is provided to improve the test efficiency by removing testing time of the specimen. CONSTITUTION: An upper die and a lower die(20) clamp a specimen. A transport unit(300) is arranged on the lower die. The transport unit transfers the specimen in the lateral direction. A punch(30) is arranged on the center of the lower die. The punch creates a crack in the contact portion of the specimen in the elevating operation. A lubricant applying part(200) is covered with lubricant agent when contacting with the lower part of the specimen in the transport of the specimen.
