PURPOSE: A molding device for inner materials of a vehicle is provided to reduce the working time by compressing, molding, and cutting a material by a lower mold and an upper mold. CONSTITUTION: A molding device for inner materials of a vehicle comprises a lower mold(100), an upper mold(200), and a lifting cutting unit(300). The upper mold faced to the lower mold compresses and molds a material(10) supplied between the lower mold and the upper mold. When the material is compressed and molded, the lifting cutting unit cuts the material in a specific form by moving up and down.
