The structure has a pair of opposite fixing bars (3) pivoted on a lower portion of a joining component (1), where the bars include recessed propping portion (32) formed on uppermost side. One of the fixing bars has a lever-shaped pulled part (37) protruding from the bars. An elastic element (34) i.e. spring, is interposed between and joined on the fixing bars to exert biasing force on the fixing bars. A co-moving device (35) is interposed to define a displaceable pivot point between the bars so that the fixing bars are co-movable with each other.
