The invention refers to medicine, particularly hepatology and can be used for treating right recurrent pleurisies to patients with hepatic cirrhosis. The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is prescribed the base treatment of the hepatic cirrhosis, and additionally under local anesthesia is made a horizontal incision of 4...5 cm in the right supraclavicular region, it is mobilized the internal jugular vein and the right venous angle, it is prepared the right thoracic lymphatic duct along the full cervical segment with the release from adhesions and with partial excision of the prescalene lymphatic fascicle for duct decompression, afterwards the patient takes several forced expirations and cough acts for restoration of the lymphatic circulation, then it is sutured the first cervical fascia and the skin.
