PURPOSE: A display device and a driving method thereof are provided to display uniform image by compensating for electric field effect mobility and a threshold voltage of a driving transistor. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor(Cst) is connected between a first contact point and a second contact point. A driving transistor(Qd) has an input terminal connected to a driving voltage, an output terminal connected to the second contact point and a control terminal connected to the first contact point. A switching transistor(Qs) is controlled by a scan signal and is connected between the data voltage and the first contact point. A first compensation transistor is controlled by the first compensation signal and is connected between the first contact point and the first voltage. A second compensation transistor is controlled by the second compensation signal and is connected between the second contact point and the second voltage.
