#CMT# #/CMT# The system (1) has a drive screw (3) that is driven by a servo-motor (2). The drive screw consists of a nut (5) supported in a frame (4) i.e. cylindrical shaped steering gear housing (16), in an axial immovable manner, and an axial supported component (6) i.e. rack and pinion (17), whose thread (7) is provided in contact with a thread (8) of the nut. A device (9) for tolerance balance between the component thread and the nut thread, is arranged at the nut. The nut is pressed against the axial supported component in an eccentric manner. #CMT# : #/CMT# The component thread and the nut thread are designed as a spherical circulating thread (14). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Servo steering system e.g. electrical super imposed steering system or electrical servo steering system i.e. power steering system (all claimed) e.g. rack and pinion power steering system, for a vehicle i.e. passenger car. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device is provided for tolerance balance between the component thread and the nut thread, thus manufacturing the servo steering system with increased manufacturing tolerance in a simple manner.
