<p>The device (5) has two arms (3, 4) movable against each other, where free ends of the arms are designed in the form of bent leading edges (6, 7) aligned on each other in a cross-section. The free ends are downwardly protruded in a read-for-use condition of the device. A bag-dispenser device (8) is reversibly and irreversibly attached to one of the arms in a direction of the free ends of the arms below a connection (9) of the arms, where the arms in the form of shears (10) or resilient clamps are connected with each other over a joint (12).</p> |
