PURPOSE: A sea water storage structure for a double hull ship and a ship with the same are provided to improve space use efficiency of the ship and freedom in design by including a double storage. CONSTITUTION: A sea water storage structure for a double hull ship comprises a double storage(240) and a seawater intake(230). The double storage comprises a seawater storage space. The seawater intake is installed in the ship to take sea water into the double storage. The seawater storage space is formed of at least part of the double storage a ship bottom defined by the ship bottom and the ceiling of the double storage.
