PURPOSE: A knowledge-based blog managing method in network and web-server used thereof are provided to accumulate the high quality knowledge information by the replies of respondents. CONSTITUTION: The knowledge information moving unit(210) transfers the knowledge information including the question and reply the blog which the respondent reply is subscribed. According to the amount of the knowledge information accumulated, a level determining unit(250) decides the information quantity level of the blog. The knowledge information moving unit transfers the knowledge information to the blog which the respondent designates. |
