<p>The method involves homogenizing a surface structure of a toner powder by a heated filling device i.e. filling nozzle, by a heating effect of a heating coil, where the filling nozzle is double walled. The toner powder is shock-cooled after filling process, so that the surface structure is preserved in a homogenizing state. The heating coil is concentrically arranged within a double walled intermediate space, and is wound over an entire nozzle region.</p> |
