摘要 <p>The antenna (10) comprises a flat composite structure with the layers connected with one another, where the layers are an electrically conductive lattice structure (16), whose intersection points are selectively electrically controllable, and a nanostructure (22) disposed on the lattice structure with several semiconductor elements, whose electrical properties are influenced on the surface by impacting a physical interaction. An insulation layer (14) is disposed under the lattice structure. An electrically conductive base layer (12) is disposed under the insulation layer. The antenna (10) comprises a flat composite structure with the layers connected with one another, where the layers are an electrically conductive lattice structure (16), whose intersection points are selectively electrically controllable, and a nanostructure (22) disposed on the lattice structure with several semiconductor elements, whose electrical properties are influenced on the surface by impacting a physical interaction. An insulation layer (14) is disposed under the lattice structure. An electrically conductive base layer (12) is disposed under the insulation layer. The lattice structure are provided on the intersection points by electronic components controlling the lattice structure, where the electronic components electrically or electrostatically tread with the nanoelements in intersection points, so that electrically contiguous areas are formed by the nanoelements controlled by the electronic components. The electrically contiguous areas form a pole of the antenna or antenna groups. The nanoelements are formed by carbon nano-tubes, whose axis is directed normal to the surface of the composite structure. A first layer with the lattice structure and the nanostructure is provided for forming coupling elements and/or impedance matching elements, and a second layer with the lattice structure and the nanostructure is provided fro forming antenna pole/poles. The electronic components are formed by semiconductor switches such as transistors or MOSFETs, which are switchable over the lattice structure. The supply of the high-frequency signal emitted by the antenna takes place by a contact area at the edge of the composite structure. Independent claims are included for: (1) an antenna arrangement; and (2) a method for creating and aligning an antenna.</p>
