PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing multi-color candies is provided to simplify the manufacturing process to allow the process to be automated and to minimize the manual process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing multi-color candies comprises the steps of mixing white sugar 65000 parts by weight and starch syrup 30000 ~ 40000 parts by weight, heating it, cooling it and gelling it; spreading 1000~1500 parts by weight of the gelled semi-processed product thinly to make a plurality of coating films; mixing the gelled semi-processed product with 10 ~ 30 parts by weight of flavor oil with stirring(S140); dividing the gelled semi-processed product into a plurality of semi-processed lumps; mixing the plurality of semi-processed lumps with different colorings and stirring them, respectively(S150); loading the plurality of semi-processed lumps on the coating films and wrapping them with the coating films; stretching it to draw a candy strand, cutting the semi-processed candy and drying it; and spraying 6000 ~ 7000 parts by weight of a mixture of sugar water and sugar on the surface of the semi-processed candy. |
