PURPOSE: A cowl top cover structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the impact quantity by converting the strain energy into the strain energy of a compression spring and to prevent a cowl top cover from being damaged in a collision by installing a cowl top cover rotatably. CONSTITUTION: A cowl top cover structure of a vehicle is composed of a cowl top cover(10) and a separation preventing member. The cowl top cover comprises a first cowl top cover(11) and a second cowl top cover(12). The cowl top cover is horizontally divided into two. The separation preventing member is fixed to the side of the cowl top cover. The second cowl top cover is rotated about the first cowl top cover. The first cowl top cover and the second cowl top cover are formed to be corresponded each other and are connected with a hinge. A compression spring(15) is fixed to the first cowl top cover. A hanging projection(16) is formed in the second cowl top cover.
