PURPOSE: A hand-held water pail equipped with a loop is provided, which can prevent loss of a water pail by fixing the water pail to a handle of a bicycle or a string of a school bag. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held water pail equipped with a loop comprises a handle which is detachable by a pair of connectors which are installed on the circular water bucket body; and a pair of semicircular loops which are combined with top both sides of the handle. The water pail is fixed to a bicycle, a handle of a quick board, a belt, and a string of a school bag by the loop.
