A carrying and attachment device 10 for securing a bag 12 to a transport device 42 comprises a handle portion and at least one attachment portion 30. The bag is preferably a baby bag and the transport device is preferably a baby transport device such as a pram or pushchair. The device comprises a attachment portion at each end of the carrying portion and each attachment portion may be formed from an extension of the carrying portion. The carrying and attachment device may be integral with a bag or may be detachably attached to one. In use, the carrying and attachment device provides secure and safe attachment of a bag to a transport device.
