<p>The invention relates to a surgical syringe for tissue excision, comprising a handling body (B) wherein there is provided a cannula (4) driven into rotation motion about its longitudinal axis by an electric motor (21) located inside the handling body, one end of the cannula being integral with a tubular knife on which a tissue aspiration needle (2) is mounted, while the other end (30) is connected to a tissue aspiration tube (24) working under the action of a pump (23) located inside the handling body and motor driven as well, being provided with a set of tubular silver knives (3, 103, 203, 303, 403, 503, 603) whose shapes are suitable to the excision of various organs and which are detachably mounted on the cannula, each knife being provided, at its free end, with a tubular needle (2) fixed by means of an adjusting screw (A) allowing the needle to slide along the knife and to be fixed in various positions, between the active part of the knife and the base thereof, comprising some hand actuated couplings (C1) or electrically actuated couplings (C2) that permit the cannula-knife-needle subassemby (CCA) to be driven into rotation, either by a hand wheel (27) placed at the end of the handling body (B) opposite to the tubular knife, or by the electric motor (21).</p> |
