发明名称 MODELING BASED PHARMACOKINETIC FEATURE EXTRACTION FOR MONITORING PERIPHERAL TISSUE PERFUSION
摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for extracting a pharmacokinetic blood vessel feature based on a mathematical model are provided to accurately measure bioperfusion per each part in a wider range which increases wider than normal perfusion from lowered perfusion. CONSTITUTION: An image obtaining unit(100) photographs spatial distribution according to time of a fluorescence probe flowing within an observation object. An image analyzing unit(200) calculates concentration value of the fluorescence probe included in perfusion exiting from a capillary vessel and a vein compartment according to time through an image obtained by the image obtaining unit. The image analyzing unit displays one or more vessel distribution with different perfusion rates by images according to a distribution weighted degree. An output unit(300) outputs an image imaged in the image analyzing unit.
