This invention refers to a ventilated façade enclosure which comprises modular elements which directly connect the constituent panels of the enclosure to the flooring of the building so that the floor itself fulfils the function of structural support element of the ventilated façade. The enclosure which is the object of the invention fulfils both technical insulating and structural, as well as decorative, requirements, while permitting easy installation of the ventilated façade.
