<p>Disclosed is a commercially advantageous method for producing an optically active amine compound, wherein a chiral transition metal complex, which contains an optically active monophosphine compound as a chiral ligand, is used. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing an optically active amine compound expressed as a compound (V), which is characterized in that R7CHO (II), HNR8R9 (III) and HC=CR10 (IV) are reacted in a solvent containing a carbonic acid ester in the presence of a chiral transition metal complex which contains an optically active form of a compound (I) as a chiral ligand.
