METHOD, DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING DATA

A method for transmitting data when state is transferring is provided. The method includes steps as following: a wireless link establishment message is received (S101); the message including an activation time is transmitted to a user equipment (S102); data is transmitted in HS-SCCH format in the transferred state at the activation time (S103). A device and a communication system for implementing the method are provided. Both a base station and the user equipment update configuration at the promissory activation time, while receive and transmit information adopting primary configuration before the activation time. Therefore, it is ensured that the configuration of both are accordant at any time, and it is avoided that the configuration of the base station and the user equipment are not accordant before completing down-link synchronization, thereby the failure of communication is avoided.
