PURPOSE: A career development planning system and a method based on the consensus between a leader and a subordinate are provided to find best career path by comparing his own career path with a recommended career path made by the leader. CONSTITUTION: Each member inputs his own business tasks using computers(201-203). The database processes the inputted information as described above(204). The members establish their own career paths(205). The career paths of the members are set up in the lead computer. The career paths set up are confirmed by the leader and the subordinate. |
