The device (1) has a chassis (2) for covering a filtering membrane (3), and a discharge pump (P) for discharging water through the membrane. A cleaning nozzle (4) is placed external to the chassis and projects cleaning water flow oriented in a direction of the membrane to remove particles from the membrane. A declogging nozzle (6) is placed internal to the chassis and projects declogging water flow oriented in the direction for declogging embedded particles from the membrane. Supply units supply the nozzles with water during filtration.
