Provided is a radio communication device which can prevent degradation of communication characteristic caused by a transmission weight based on the greatest common factor and improve the communication characteristic in a feedback MIMO. The radio communication device equipped with a plurality of antennas includes: a reception unit which receives a signal of a channel belonging to a predetermined frequency band from other radio communication device and acquires channel state information relating to the channel; a channel state information calculation unit which calculates representative channel state information relating to the entire predetermined frequency band in accordance with a fluctuation if any in the channel state information; a transmission weight selection unit which selects a transmission weight in accordance with the calculated representative channel state information; and a transmission unit which transmits an identifier of the transmission weight to the other radio communication device.
