PURPOSE: An integrated management system for black lists is provided to perform an efficient management of black lists by managing integrally the black list information of card companies. CONSTITUTION: The database(110) stores the black list information of each card company. The BL updating unit(120) receives a message the blacklist information from a plurality of card company servers. The BL updating unit renews the blacklist information. According to the blacklist acknowledgement request received from the VAN(Value Added Network) company server(300), a BL searching unit(130) searches the inclusion of blacklist by referring to the blacklist information. |
