<p>PURPOSE: An LED controlling circuit is provided to connect an induced current of an input side of a stabilizer with a resistor for voltage neutralization in parallel, so that induced electricity can be neutralized. CONSTITUTION: An induced current neutralization unit(50) is connected in parallel between a first electric wire(10) and a second electric wire(20) on an input side of a stabilizer(31). Induced electricity is created from the first electric wire. Induced electricity supplied to the second electric wire is neutralized by an electric potential difference. It is prevented that induced electricity with a high voltage is led to an LED(40). The induced current neutralization unit steps down an induced current inside a lighting controller.</p> |
