PURPOSE: A radio frequency output apparatus is provided to always use without releasing from the skin and perform the high frequency therapy and the light treatment at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The radio frequency output apparatus includes: a flat insulating layer(20) built in the housing(10), for touching to the skin; a grounding terminal(30) formed in the center of the insulating layer and having the contacting feature; a face contacted radio frequency output terminal(40) for forming arc shape and exposing through the insulating layer by separating in the around grounding terminal; a high frequency generation part(60) for outputting the high frequency to the radio frequency output terminal; and LED of performing the light treatment function by transmitting the light through the transparency insulating layer.
