OIL-FREE SLIDE UNITS OF UNIFICATION TYPE

PURPOSE: An integrated high strength oil-free slide unit is provided to allow the tilting pin holder to slide in the fixed position because two slide bases are coupled by a concave joint to either side bottom of a single slide cover. CONSTITUTION: An integrated high strength oil-free slide unit comprises a slide cover(10) with U-shaped cross, a pair of slide bases(20), a tilting pin holder(30), and a fastening screw. Upper guide rail(11') are formed on the inner facing sides of the slide cover. A rectangular hole(13) is formed on a top connection plane(12) of the slide cover in which the tilting pin passes through. A concave joint(14) is formed on the either side bottom of the slide cover. A pair of slide bases is coupled to either side bottom of the slide cover. Concave joints corresponding to the concave joints of the slide cover are formed on top of the slide bases. A lower guide rail(11") extended from the upper guide rail is formed on the inner facing sides of the slide bases. The tilting pin holder moves along the guide rail, and has a pair of sliders(31) and a groove(32) for securing a tiling pin. The fastening screw penetrates the slide bases and the slide cover vertically to fasten them. A side wall is integrally formed on either end of the slide cover in the slide direction in order to limit the slide distance of the tiling pin holder.
