METHOD FOR EVALUATING TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE AND FORMING SERVICE-ORIENTED TECHNOLOGY ROADMAP ON THE BASIS OF PATENT INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating a technology and a service and forming a service-oriented technology roadmap based on patent information is provided to produce a service-based technology roadmap by determining an important value and a priority for services. CONSTITUTION: An evaluating system selects a target service and a constitution technology of the target service(S101,S102). The evaluating system selects a keyword and a patent document for describing the configuration technology(S103), and groups the selected patent documents by using the selected keywords(S105). The evaluating system calculates the technology index for the keywords for the grouped patent documents, and the importance value of technologies are calculated based on the calculated technology index.
