PURPOSE: A self-luminescent display device and an electronic device are provided to set equally the pixel pattern density of a pixel circuit corresponding to each pixel, thereby improving the product yield rate. CONSTITUTION: A pixel array unit(2) has pixels(20) which are arranged in a matrix shape. A power scanning circuit(31), a recording scanning circuit(32), and a horizontal driving circuit(33) are arranged around the pixel array unit. In the pixel array unit, power supply lines(VL-1~VL-m) and scanning lines(WL-1~WL-m) are connected in each pixel row. In the pixel array unit, signal lines(DL-1~DL-n) are connected in each pixel column. |
