Essence of the inventions: equipment includes lifting tubes string, parker, tail and sucker-rod pump with additional suction valve, outlet connected with hole in pump cylinder, which separates the cylinder on two parts along its length, proportional to corresponding reservoirs production rate. According to the invention it equipped with jacket, which connected with gap to cylinder it order too supply product through cylinder. Between tail and sucker-rod pump double canal case installed, in one of its canals additional suction valve installed. The second canal connected to sucker-rod pump inlet. At that inlets of the first and the second canals connected with underparker area and tail or vice versa.
