FIELD: measuring technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to sensors for pressure control under influence of high temperature, vibration and contact with aggressive mediums; notably, invention meets problem of securing membrane in sensor case. The pressure gage consists of a case with a receiving connecting pipe, a membrane with a flat collar and a ring secured in the case; also the membrane in it is welded with the flat collar to the lower part of the ring with a groove in direct vicinity to the welding seam taking pressure effect of measured medium from outside. The membrane and ring are made out of metal with similar or different one from the other temperature coefficients of linear expanding and modulus of elasticity. ^ EFFECT: eliminating negative effect of crevice corrosion and changing stretching stresses into compression stresses perceived by surfaces of membrane fixtures during whole operation life. ^ 2 dwg |
