A shaft furnace for the preparation of lime comprises mantle, lined from the inside by fire-resistant brick and heat insulation fill, oil burners, loading and unloading devices, system of dust cleaning and measurement devices. The loading device is made in a form of cylindrical vessel with distribution length adjustable chute, installed coaxial in the upper part of the shaft furnace with the possibility of rotary movement. Oil burners are made in a form of fuel-oil airtube, placed inside of the body, with the fixed in inlet part oil-fired nozzle, and in the outlet part – diffuser, after which distribution grid and mixing and combustion chambers are placed. |
