A method of manufacture of decorative articles includes development of a computer image, printout of a photomask, the photomask production and preparation of stencil printed forms (SPF), putting the image on a cloth by repeated imposition of SPF with obtaining several layers of paint and subsequent drying all layers of image or each layer separately, fixing the applied image. For each colour of paint a separate photomask and a separate SPF are printed out, then preparation of SPF is conducted, application of emulsion, drying under the temperature of 27-50 °C, exposition by ultraviolet lamp with power of 1-5 kW during 30-350 s, washing, drying under the temperature of 27-50 °C, additional exposition by ultraviolet lamp with power of 1-5 kW during 30-350 s, adjustment of SPF by leads for connecting the image. In the case the layers are made by water textile and/or relief, and/or glitter paints, and fixing the applied image is performed by a pulse or tunnel drier under the temperature 100-170 °C within 15-170 s. |
