METHOD FOR REVEAL OF TYPE OF DISORDER IN METABOLISM OF URIC ACID AT INSULAR DIABETES OF 2 TYPE WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

摘要

Method for reveal of type of disorder in metabolism of uric acid (SK) at insular diabetes of 2 type with metabolic syndrome includes determination of indicators of concentration of SK in blood, its content in day urine and clearance of SK. One determines cindicatiohs of metabolic syndrome and at determination of characteristics of metabolism of urine one calculates activity of ferment of re-utilization of purines – hipoksantynguaninfosforibozyltransferase, and at presence of hiperurikozyria that is not accompanied by increase of uricemia above norm one states norm- or hipourikemia of hiper-productive hypersecretor tyupe, under conditions of hiperurikemia with decreased secretion and/ or clearance SK one states hiperurikemia of kidney (hipoexcretor) type, in case of high values of urikemia and excretion of SK one reveals hiperurikemia of hiper-productive type with high excretion of SK.
