<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring hole for connecting the external apparatus of an electrical connection box for pump control which prevents the entry of foreign matters from the outside and is closed when the external apparatus is not wired. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 2 is constituted of a metal case 10 to which a control circuit board 13 is fixed, and a resin cover 11. A notch 30 provided in the circumferential wall 10a of the metal case 10, and a closing piece 31 provided on the circumferential wall 11a of the resin cover 11 are so fitted with no clearance as to close a wiring hole 33. When an external apparatus is used, the closing piece 31 is broken and removed to open the wiring hole 33 and then wiring 34 combining two wires is passed through the wiring hole. The wiring hole 33 has four corners and a cross-sectional area narrower than that of a circle C which has a center at the center of a line connecting the centers of two wires in the cross-section of the wiring 34 and a radius equal to the diameter of a wire 34a, and the clearance to the wiring 34 has such a size as can prevent the entry of insects or dust. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
