<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which can simply and efficiently examine an interaction between VH/VL, without expressing or purifying VH and VL, to select such VH and VL that the interaction of VH and VL is small in the absence of an antigen and that an association constant is largely changed in the presence of the antigen. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a recombinant vector which (i) contains a base sequence secreting or expressing, as a fused protein of the coat protein of a phage, a heterogeneous aggregate comprising two kinds of fused proteins prepared by fusing the heavy chain variable region (VH) and light chain variable region (VL) of an antibody with mutually associable first and second polypeptides, respectively, and (ii) has restriction enzyme-recognizing sequences at least two places in a base sequence encoding the first polypeptide and the second polypeptide or on the periphery of the base sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
