PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulating system which can bring about an effective heating effect even in cold regions, in particular, in mountainous regions etc. with extreme annual temperature difference. SOLUTION: Blinds 19 and 20, the fin angles of which can be automatically adjusted, are installed on the indoor side of a glass door or glass windows 17a and 18a, which face the outdoor sides of adjacent sun heating rooms 17 and 18, via panes 17b and 18b of glass in habitable rooms 13 and 14 of a house. A solar radiation sensor 22, which detects the amount of solar radiation incident from the outdoor-side glass door or glass window into the sun heating room, and a temperature sensor 23, which detects the room temperature of the sun heating room, are provided. A control unit 32 regulates the temperature in the room of the house by automatically adjusting the fin angle of the blind depending on the amount of solar radiation detected by the solar radiation sensor and the room temperature detected by the temperature sensor.
