<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board lifting device for an automobile baggage compartment capable of enhancing appearance of an upper side floor surface above a slide engagement groove and increasing loading weight by preventing deformation of the upper floor surface while ensuring a lifting movement amount of a board member to the maximum, in the board lifting device for the automobile baggage compartment constituted so as to change an engagement position of the board member at upper and lower positions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lid member 40 is set such that a release part 40c of a rear part is upwardly released making a rotation shaft 40A of a front part as a center.
